Aircraft Maintenance College 66 BV (“us", "we", or "our") operates https://www.amc66.com (the "Site"). As we are an organisation located in the Netherlands we must comply with European and Dutch laws.

While using our Site, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to the following information ("Personal Information"):

  • Name and gender
  • Birth date and birth place
  • Email address
  • Examination/Assessment date(s) and Examination/Assessments results
  • Training progress and Quiz results 

Video Recording of Examinations

For quality, training and security reasons we video record all examinations. By registering and participating in an examination you accept that you will be recorded on video. 

Log Data

Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

Communications

We (and our parent company) may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials. In addition, we may share your Personal Information with our parent company. As of 15-Aug-2021, the training progress, results, data and grades from students registered at a “Regionaal Opleidings Centrum” or “ROC”, will be shared with the teachers and supporting staff from the ROC.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from our web site and stored on your computer's hard drive.

On our website, we offer a portal in which persons, companies and authorities can verify the content (full name, Birthdate, Birthplace, Training / Assessment data, Examination date and Examination result) of certificates we have issued, in accordance with EU Commission regulation No. 1321/2014 (or subsequent).

Legal Aviation Obligations

As an EASA approved Part-147 Maintenance Training Organisation we have the legal obligation EU (No2) 1321/2014 (or subsequent), Annex IV, paragraph 147.A.125 to store student training, examination and assessment records for an unlimited period. 

Changes To This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 08-May-2021 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
